The building's layout resembles the organic growth of biological cells, forming a three-dimensional pentagonal structure. A curved road runs through the center, serving as the axis around which the units are strategically arranged. Despite the short distance between buildings, every unit enjoys panoramic ocean views, abundant natural light, and privacy. This is achieved by varying the orientation of walls and openings, ensuring unobstructed views while minimizing visual interference between units.
